All sales are final, no returns will be accepted. All damages seen by Harry Lahr Auctions at the time of listing will be identified and pictured. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES FOR EVERY ITEM AND READ LEAD AND DESCRIPTION FOR EACH ITEM. Pictures should be considered part of the description. Common nicks, scratches, manufacturing issues, pinheads and wear will not be called. All items for sale are "as is", with no guarantees or warranties and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. All items listed with damage are sold "as is", so once a damage is called or listed, there are no returns for finding more damage. If you are unsure of the condition or authenticity of an item, call for more information or pictures before making your decision to bid. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GIVE YOU CONDITIONS OF ITEMS, BUT YOUR CONDITION AND OUR CONDITION COULD BE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. PLEASE PREVIEW IN PERSON IF POSSIBLE. Everything sells as is with NO RETURNS. We reserve the right to reject any bid. Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders on the Monday after the close of the auction.
